3100 Nokia picture The 3100 comes with a cool glow-in-the-dark cover. The 3100 also has lights that flash when the phone rings - in time with your ring tone. The phone features a smart design with a user-friendly keypad and has lots of nice features such as tri-band that normally come in more expensive phones. The main downside is that there is no built-in camera, but if you don't mind that, or are happy to pay extra for the optional 'Fun Camera', then it's highly recommended.
